Unico is a single component, ready for use liquid waterproofing membrane based on cement and a highly durable acrylic resin. Highly resistant to UV, standing water and mechanical wear and tear. May be applied onto concrete, existing roll membrane, foundations and thanks to it's formulation may be tiled directly, making it ideal for terraces, bathrooms and roofs. When diluted with water at 50%, Unico is the perfect primer for applications of Unico Fiber on cement and concrete screeds.
